General Practice (Valuations Pathway) Graduate Programme

Job description

Based in our iconic Baker Street offices, you’ll learn, experience, and get exposed to everything you need to confidently launch a career in the property industry. Following the general practice ‘valuations’ APC pathway, you gain hands on experience on a diverse range of projects across our Residential and Commercial teams, learning from the best and discovering where your strengths and interests are best placed.

Rotating around a number of different teams within the business, you’ll be involved in everything from Valuation and Advisory to Residential Development, Property Asset Management to Capital Markets. And you’ll be supported at every step, with industry leading support to help you on your journey towards becoming a fully qualified chartered surveyor.

What we are looking for

With a passion for property, and the ambition to become an expert in the property sector, you’ll have a 2.1 degree in any subject. A RICS accredited degree would be a bonus, but if your course wasn’t RICS accredited, no worries. We’ll support you to undertake your MSc in Real Estate whilst on the programme to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to thrive.

More than anything, you’ll be a true team player ready to dedicate yourself to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a future-focused career right at the heart of the property industry.
