As a Business Development Graduate, you will be empowered to be the CEO of your territory and manage your own clients.

No two days will be the same as a Business Development Graduate at KEYENCE. three days a week will be field based, which will involve driving to client sites in Scotland, demonstrating our products and selling them directly to customers. The other two days will be spent collaborating with your team in our Newcastle office, calling customers to find new business opportunities and nurture already existing relationships.

Your journey with KEYENCE will start with our comprehensive in-house training programme which incorporates classroom-style learning and on the job training with experienced sales mentors. This will provide you with a strong technical understanding of our products and will help you develop the commercial mindset to sell our products to clients.

What we are looking for

  • Degree-educated in any discipline
  • Winning mentality
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK by the time the role commences.
  • Must have a full driving licence, valid in the UK
  • Must be located in the Edinburgh area, with travel to our Newcastle office 2 days a week
