How to apply

How it works

  1. Apply for free: submit your no-obligation expression of interest today—it’s completely free to apply for an internship programme. Let us know your preferences for destinations, programme type, and dates. Don’t worry; nothing is set in stone, and you can adjust your plans later. Once you apply, our programme manager will get back to you within 48 hours.
  2. Secure your spot: once accepted, secure your spot with a £399 deposit. This confirms your internship dates while we arrange and customise your plans. Your deposit cost is subtracted from your programme fee total.
  3. Get matched: our local coordinators use our extensive network of host organisations to find an internship tailored to your career field, learning goals, skills, experience, and university requirements.
  4. Pay your remaining fee: the remaining balance of the programme fee is due. If you plan in advance, you can access options for installment payments with zero interest. Check out our payment options listed below.
  5. Explore and do your thing: your adventure awaits. Our team will support you with each step - our coordinators, along with your internship supervisor will guide your experience, with an orientation, guided weekly reflections, support to earn academic credit (optional) and regular check-ins.
