Contract Administrator

Job description

Due to ongoing expansion and future prospects we are seeking a part time, experienced contract administrator. The role is initially offered with 10-15 hours per week, on a flexible basis.

The successful applicant will join an excellent team, in a very positive, supportive environment.

Duties

  • Take ownership of client quotations, evaluating their requirements, confirming fee proposals and setting up our internal documentation. No negotiation or sales work is required. The majority of clients operate to an agreed price structure.
  • Management of all contract documentation and paperwork to ensure potential clients are on-boarded quickly and efficiently.
  • Support our consulting teams by providing clear, well written notes and instructions.
  • Put forward pro-active suggestions for business improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Applicants will need to demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role within a business to business environment.
  • Fully IT proficient (Outlook / Excel / Word).
  • Highly organised and able to work to targets and deadlines.
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communicator.
