The City Football Graduate Programme is designed to build core capability and skills to platform you for a successful career within our organisation. Each placement is designed to develop key skills, knowledge and behaviours that will support the business and your long-term career.
You will work across selected departments to support on the development and delivery of strategic projects, investment initiatives and product development. The programme provides experience of working in a leading global sporting organisation and the opportunity to see and feel what the industry has to offer. Whilst being supported through in- role development and on-rotation mentoring, the role is perfectly placed to experience and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Over a two-year period, you will undertake an initial induction and onboarding period followed by 3 rotations into different parts of the organisation: each lasting approximately 7-8 months. Your final placement is a route into a permanent role within the Group, having honed your skills and experience to launch a successful career at City Football Group.

Your Impact
- Project Planning & Management: You will support and ensure the smooth delivery of project outcomes, scoping out project parameters, and timelines identifying key milestones, monitoring, and managing workflow, task/activity completion and managing your day-to-day activities.
- Data & Insights: You will organise, input, and monitor internal and external data to produce relevant reports and insights. Identify trends and themes to support decision-making on projects and business cases.
- Research: You will enhance internal datasets through research, collation, and data capture from internal and external sources. Processing and analysing the data collected, ensuring quality control of data pipelines and models. This will include quantitative and qualitative market research across a core number of disciplines, benchmarking of competitors or ‘best practice’ examples in other industries.
- Presenting & Communication: You will create well-formatted, effective business presentations for use by teams / other group stakeholders, based on manager guidance regarding structure and key messages in readiness for distribution to the wider business.

- Minimum grade 2:1 at degree level, or equivalent.
