Your role will involve providing wide-ranging support to one of our brand teams as you work together on marketing plans for our range of brands. Areas you could get involved in include:

  • Creating annual activity plans with clear targets and budget allocation
  • Supporting the development of new and existing products
  • Getting closer to our shoppers and consumers through our Consumer Closeness programme
  • Overseeing brand and performance reporting to ensure we stay on track to deliver budget commitments
  • Working closely with Sales and Category and the wider Marketing teams to ensure promotional strategies are effectively delivered
  • Developing brands with the commercial teams so that key initiatives are prioritised
  • Working with agency partners in digital, packaging and media
  • Supporting the management of A&P spend for brands

What we are looking for

  • We’re looking for curious, collaborative, commercial, motivated graduates with a strong impetus to understand the consumer and customers viewpoint.
  • Storytelling ability is key, whether you’re delivering a presentation to a roomful of people or turning complex information into inspiring stories that customers will believe.
  • Numeracy is also important, especially when it comes to handling data and drilling down for insights.
  • You’ll need a 2:2 degree or above in any degree discipline.
